Franco handles all WSIB Appeals and Tribunals for Loss of Earnings (LOE), Future Economic Loss Awards (FEL), Initial Entitlement, Repetitive Strain Injuries, Surveillance Evidence, Work Transition or WT, Employability issues, Entitlement to Non-Economic Loss Awards (NEL), NEL Quantum Appeals, Psychotraumatic Disabilities, Chronic Pain Claims, Occupational Disease Claims, Survivor Benefits as well as all CPPD Reconsiderations and any appeal applications at the SST General and Appeal Levels. Fees are based on an agreed contingency fee with very little upfront fees. As a Licensed Paralegal, I will continue to provide Access to Justice and offer affordable fees.
